The Daily Marker Color Challenge Day 1
I have seen the 30 Day Coloring Challenge for a couple of years. However, today, I decided to join the challenge. Life has changed, and I am ready to up my coloring skills so that my cards will be gorgeous. Kathy, the organizer of the 30 Day Coloring Challenge, says you should start with one image on Day 1 and then color the same image again on the last day. So be prepared to see this image again at the end of the challenge!
Why did I choose such a complicated image??? It all goes back to the time I colored a Pig, and was scared to death to color a pig. I was so full of fear that I did not have the skills to color the pig. My friend, Cailtin, laughed at me and said, "I have never heard of anyone scared to color a pig." But in my mind, this pig seemed so complicated to color! If you would like to check it out, please visit This little Piggy Says Thanks.
This image has so many animals, and the bull was super scary for me this time. As I was coloring, I just started adding more and more color. I colored the sky and the grass. I tried to shadow the animals, so I hope this improves over the thirty day challenge. I would love to see my grass scene improve. I would like more detail in the fur of the bull! I like my sky, but if it can improve - how awesome!
I used copic sketch markers on everything, except the goat! Kathy had used Sharpie markers to color for Day 1, so I used Bic Markers to color to goat, of course! If you are a recipient of my cards, then be prepared because I plan on using these images over the next 30 days on cards! Thanks for stopping by!

I'll be so intrigued to see your card again at the end of the challenge. You are already such a talented cardmaker and crafter, so I know you are going to get the hang of this and your cards are going to be amazing. Bet it won't even take 30 days. And I think your animals look super cute!
