Above Rubies Studio Kit Review - May 28, 2012

Today, I want to show you the great kit from Megan Elizabeth at the Above Rubies Studio called I'm in Love.  I have made a challenge for myself this week.  I am going to make different items that meet upcoming challenges using the kit.  It is a fun way to see how diverse the kits can actually be.  I was always leery of buying a kit, until I discovered all the wonderful things I can make with it!  Check out all of her kits here or this kit called I'm in Love.

Matching Socs - May 23, 2012

I am terrible at matching socks!  My husband is always teasing me about my matching sock ability.  This card was perfect to give to him because inside it says "however, we are a perfect match".  I used the Sweet Stop Sketch 104 and faux stitching.  The fun paper comes from Echo Park Hello Summer 12x12 collection.  The stamp set comes from Unity.  I am entering this card in the 365cards challenge for bright spring colors.  My inspiration comes from the Vera's View Challenge.

Let's Dance - May 22, 2012

I really enjoyed this layout!  It is fun and full of dancing and dots!  One of my favorite things about my reception was all the dancing!  As you can see, I had to change into my tennis shoes to make it through the reception and to enjoy the dancing!  This is for the last and final challenge at Paper Sundaes.  I am so sad to see you go!

Wedding Reception- May 20, 2012

I have finally completed my wedding album.  I feel like a burden has been lifted since I have been trying to complete this for almost three years.  I just love this page as the beginning of my reception.  My husband and I look so happy and it shows through the picture!  I also love all the layers.  My ring bearer would not walk down the aisle, however by the time the reception started he was ready to dance along with the other girls.
