Honeymoon Cozumel Layout - January 20, 2013

I had a blast looking at how silly we were on our honeymoon!  My hubby always knows how to have a good time, and be a kid sometimes!  These pictures were taken as we explored Cozumel.  They had all sorts of fun places to have a good photo opt!  The layout is #100 by Sketches in Thyme.  I had to change it up a little bit because my pictures were not quite the right size for their layout.  However, I tried to stay as close as possible!  Little Scrap Pieces Use a Flower challenge was to add flowers to your card, layout, or project.  I thought the flowers went well with the paper and pulled out the colors in the picture.  I sure am ready for another cruise!  New Goal: Save money for cruise!!

Honeymoon Title Page - January 19, 2013

One of my new year's resolution for crafting is to start my Honeymoon album!  We went on our honeymoon in 2009, so it is about time that I started this album!  Sketches in Thyme had the perfect layout #99,  This will be the first page to my album.  It sure has been fun to look back at these pictures!  Maybe one day, I can get current on my scrapbooking again!  You should head on over there, and make a scrapbook page!

Card for Hubby! - January 18, 2013

It snowed here last night 6.5 inches.  My wonderful husband is out shoveling the driveway, and hoping the truck doors become unstuck soon!  He is going to take me to work.  I made this card for him.  I will either use it today to write him a kind note, or save it for his birthday!  I participated in the Sweet Stop Sketch SSS193 sketch challenge.  The sketch was really fun!  The fishing stamp set is from Raisin Boat.  I loved the tackle box even though there is a lot to color and the fishing rod was stamped in distressed ink!  Thanks for stopping by!

Beauty Sleep - January 9, 2013

I am working hard to get scrapbooking projects for 2010 complete plus make some cards for the year.  I really enjoyed this scrapbooking sketch by Sketches in Thyme #98.  It really helped me showcase my cats who are always napping in the craziest places!  It must be the in thing to do!
